Warranty Information
Ultimate Buds products come with an initial unlimited warranty and a limited lifetime warranty/damage replacement policy. The unlimited warranty is typically 6 months, but may vary from product to product (please see the product description). The first period of ownership is covered by a full warranty against defects in craftsmanship, which means will will repair (including parts) or replace at our discretion for no charge during this time for any problems that are due to defects in craftsmanship. After the full coverage period expires, products are covered with a limited warranty that provides free labor for repairs as long as you own the product. If parts are needed for a repair or if a replacement is more appropriate, Ultimate Buds will provide the parts or products at a reduced rate from retail. It is our goal to keep you enjoying our products for as long as possible. We feel this warranty gives you great long-term coverage, ensuring low cost repairs for as long as you own our products. This warranty is not transferrable.
Lifetime Accidental Damage Repair Program
Life happens! Our lifetime damage replacement/repair program provides free labor for repairs due to accidental damage as long as you own the product. If parts are needed for a repair or if a replacement is more appropriate, Ultimate Buds will provide the parts or products at a reduced rate from retail. It is our goal to keep you enjoying our products for as long as possible. Eligibility for this program is not transferrable.
Please note that we only warranty products we sell. This sounds obvious but it's often not for some people - for example, if you provide your own cable as part of a service build, then any problems that arise in the future with that cable assembly itself would not be covered by our warranty. However, we would repair any problems that were due to defects in our craftsmanship.
Returns
We offer a 10 day "listening trial period" during which you may test out your earphones and return them if you decide they aren't for you. We do recommend that you give them a few days before you make your decision. Our in-ear headphones are new to most people and take some time to get used to. For in-ear headphones, it is critical that you insert them properly and deep enough to produce a good seal. A good seal is necessary for full sound and bass response. Additionally, it is a good idea to use them a few hours as they will "burn-in" and become a little warmer than when they are brand new. If after all that, you still aren't happy, then we will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund. We ask that you return them within 10 days of receipt and that you return them with all accessories in like new condition.
