Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (inside the US)
We typically ship via the United States Post Office.  We find this provides our customers with reliable service while allowing us to keep shipping rates low.  USPS Priority takes 2-3 days typically, and USPS Express days 1 day typically.  Note that these shipping times are calculated from when the carrier takes pocession of your package.  Depending on when your order is processed it could be up to a few days before the carrier takes pocession.  Note that we can use FedEx or UPS if required.  Enter these requests during checkout.  Additional charges will apply.
 
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally.  Due to a large problem with lost packages using cheaper international methods, we now use only EMS Express 3-5 day service as a minimum for most international shipments.  The cost for this is $25 flat rate. 
 
Shipment Tracking
Where is my package, can you find it for me?  It might surprise you how often people ask us this.  We don't have special insider knowledge about the location of your package.  The tracking information you are given on the tracking website is the same information we can get.  We also simply don't have time to place calls regarding packages that are a few days late.  Things happen, and delays do sometimes occur, especially with international packages as they go through customs, VAT collection and/or security screening.  We know it stinks, but please be patient.  If you suspect your package is truley lost, read the Lost Packages section below.
 
One more note about tracking - occasionally a package will not be scanned at the origin and will therefore show no or very limited information, such as "we've been notified to expect your package" when you track your package.  This does not mean that your package is lost or that it has not been shipped.   Once you get a shipment email from us, your package will be shipped the next time the mail runs.
 
Lost Packages
We consider a domestic package lost after 14 days of no updates on the tracking system.  We consider international packages lost after 30 days of no updates on the tracking system.  If this happens to you, contact us and we will resend the item.   We may ask for you to sign some documentation that says you have not received the original item.
 
If the tracking system shows that your package was delivered but you don't have it, then please contact your local post office.  In most cases someone in your building will have your package.  We cannot enter an insurance claim for a package that was delivered.  If you suspect there is a chance your package might be mishandled, please request signature confirmation during checkout.

We have received our first shipment of headsets with volume control. These are fully compatible with the iPod nano (4th Gen), iPod Touch (2nd Gen) and the 120 GB iPod. They also work great with the iPhone and iPhone 3G (however, the volume buttons are not functional).
