Custom work with the Etymotic ER-6i Earphones and the Apple iPhone Headset. If you already own the Etymotic ER-6i earphones, the Apple iPhone or iPod headset, or both, then you can send them to us and we will use your parts to create some Ultimate Buds! The process is simple and works like this:

You place your order for which type of service you'd like below. Option 1 if you want us to supply the Etymotic ER-6i earphones and attach them to your cable, Option 2 if you want to supply your own Etymotic ER-6i or ER-6 earphones and let us supply the cable, or Option 3 if you want to provide us with both your Etymotic ER-6i or ER-6 earphones and your iPhone/iPod cable.

We will email you instructions on where to send your equipment.

Once we receive your equipment, we can generally complete the work in 2-3 days.

We ship them back to you via USPS Priority (2-3 day), Express (guaranteed overnight) or EMS Express International. You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Please select the desired option below.
Option 1 = You supply BOTH Etymotic earphones AND iPhone/iPod headset ($39.99)
Option 2 = You supply ONLY Etymotic earphones and WE supply the iPhone headset($69.99)
Option 3 = You supply ONLY Etymotic earphones and WE supply the iPhone 3GS/iPod Volume Conrol headset ($69.99)
Option 4 = You supply ONLY the iPhone/iPod headset and WE supply the Etymotic earphones. ($119.99)
If you are an existing customer and wish to upgrade your UB7 to an iPhone 3GS cable, select option 1 and send in your UB7 and your 3GS cable.
Please don't send eartips, shirt clips, cases, etc. with your service orders. Send only the headphones. Thanks!
